 Printer Migration
Network printers, Print Migration Tool 3.1, Printer management, Spooling, Windows Server 2003
II'm trying to migrate printers from one 2k3 server to another using ms print migration tool 3.1 I created the backup on the server I'm moving the printers to. However when I run the restore it errors out at this point: Enumerating printer drivers for environment Windows AMD64. Restore-compromised. I thought I had read about a registry edit adressing that problem, but I can't seem to find the reference. Any help would be appreciated. tia Rudy

Are you migrating from a 32-bit OS to a 64-bit OS? If this is the case, you will need to get new drivers. Most 32-bit print drivers will not work on a 64-bit OS.
