Most printers are compatible with drivers for other models from a given manufacturer. In the case of the Lexmark Optra E310, the safest choice of driver that Microsoft ships with Windows Vista or Windows 7 is "Lexmark Optra E" (a slightly older model in the same series.) You may need to click the "Windows Update" button in the select driver window to download the "expanded" set of Windows printer drivers if you haven't done so in the past.

Looks like lexmark didn’t update their website. You can try the XP driver, but your best bet is to contact Lexmark support.
You can use the Lexmark E321 driver for Windows 7 32 bits.
