Changed wireless router affecting printing
Hi, please help me, i changed my Dilink wireless router & ADSL modem. I bought a new modem intergrated with wireless router. My all nertwork pc hug when i send a a document to a printer takes very long to open a printer dialog box.(abt 10mnts)Kindly if you can advise me what can do! i would appreciate.

is this your network printer or not if network then fixed its IP Address or if your printer is attached with any of your pc then try to reinstall its driver again ,

Does the Printer use wireless or is it wired?
It there allot of NOISE (extra wirelsss signals) that could be effecting your wireless?
What Channel are you using when connecting to the wireless Router g/b or a?
All these things will mean that you have a lower signal strengh and likely to cause a delay in the wireless signal.
You could use a wireless sniffer to find out some of the things above….
check your printer settings and see if it is picking up an IP. You may need to check your wireless router settings and make sure it is set to handing out DHCP addresses.
if your printer is wired / wireles, it is the best practice to fix the printer to be on static IP (example 192.168.1.3). and then u set ur IP and mac address exclusion list of ur printer in the router so that this IP will not be used..
once u set it, you can try to ping ur printer to see if there is response from the ping
