When I select "Print to File" rather than to a network printer, where is the file saved? I can't find it anywhere

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

The extension of the file should be.prn.  So, knowing this, try doing a search of the extension*.prn on your hard drive and see where it is defaulted to.  You may be able to change the defaulted path to a folder that you can create so that you know exactly where they are.

The file will go to wherever you told it to go. If you didn't supply a path, then it should go to the current directory for your session. You might find your current working directory by opening a command window and looking at the path that displays as the prompt. And you might see your file by running a dir command. -- Tom

The extension of the file should be.prn.   It will be .PRN except when a different extension was given, which is possibly most of the time for many users. If a different extension was given when the file was created, then any searches should be for the chosen extension.   Tom
