I have roughly 20-25 PDF documents in one specific folder and I want to print multiple ones. But here's the catch: I only want to print specific pages. What's the best way to do this? Do I have to do this one-by-one? Thanks so much.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If I understand you are looking for something similar to the task that will print pages 1-3 form file 1, pages 3-7 from file 2, pages 1-6 form file 3….and so on.

I don’t see any way to automatically add all parameters need to do this in Adobe currently. I think it has to be manual or if you are good at coding you might be able to create a macro or scrip that can handle it where you can specify the files and page number parameters.

What version of Adobe Acrobat PDF are you using now? This can be done, but latest version of Adobe PDF is better to do the job smoothly. Open the PDF reader, click File menu, then click Print. On next dialog box, click Multiple button under Page sizing & handling section. Here you can customize/select as per your wish. After that click Print button. If it is not comfortable for you, you can copy the contains of specific pages of all PDF files, and paste one by one on a MS Word (Office 2007 onwards) document after inserting page one by one. Then you can print directly from word or export in PDF format and print from there. There are several tools to do the job easily.
