    After creating form, U may use LotusScript Agent to use like this.... Print "[/<filename.nsf/<formname>?openform]". Now it opens the form in browser via a lotusscript agent. Once after that, create a HTML form with <form> tag. Remember, use this statement to take outputs HTML element in the form. For how to create it etc. please visit Here
