In the older versions of Excel - File - PageSetUp - Header/Footer tab. I'm sure it's different in 2007 Phil - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Hi RoadDust, If I'm understanding what you're asking, you can have your header rows repeat on every page by going to File > Page Setup, clicking on the "Sheet" tab, and under "Print titles", choose "Rows to repeat at top". Does this work for you? Thanks, Jenny Community Manager

Thanks Jenny! Great tip! For Excel 2007 I found it on the ribbon bar for page layout. I clicked on the arrow for Page setup and then found the sheets tab you mentioned.
