Problem: We use Outlook 2003 as dispatch software for our company. Each order gets sent to the Outlook client (2003) from a CSR who has taken the order. The dispatcher then forwards the email to a driver's phone. The driver then replies to confirm reception of the order Then, the dispatcher *deletes* the order and moves the reply from the inbox to the diver's folder. Question: Is there any way to prevent the dispatcher from moving/deleting the order from the inbox? Is there a way to let the dispatcher only move/delete the message after the reply comes to the inbox? Are there any ways to alert the dispatcher that they have made a "false" move/delete? Are there any good management tools out there? I haven't found anything that could help us out.

I don’t think that you can do somthing like that. in order for the driver to send write an email e mus have a write acces to the box. you can if you want go and change the drivers write on the mail box and do some test. like giving hime only read and write acces instad of full access.

for having an alert in case of afals moov i don’t know any tools that would do that. But domino with notes client and somme litle developement can do it.

have fun
