Prevent Email Send out from Computer


Exchange, User permissions, Exchange user settings

Hi I would like to know how to prevent email sending out from one computer. I can prevent email sending out to internet from user account but for computer account, I can't.
You have any idea to prevent email sending out from computer? I want this computer to send locally. Thanks Aung( Assistant System Engineer)

Hello Cxeka7,
if you have an office firewall you can allow port 25 for everyone except the given computer otherwise you can tailor a GPO for this that doesn't allow Outlook/OLEpress to connect.
