PowerBuilder Printing Problem

hi all, i have a problem, when i print a powerbuilder report using a network printer, from some PCs the report is blank where from some others it is printed properly. i don't think so that the problem is in PowerBuilder because all PCs uses the same EXE. thanks in Advance.

Check to be sure that all your PC's have the same fonts installed and that they all have the same driver version for the printer.

If your reports use and ODBC connection to a database you will need to make sure each PC has that connection defined.

Two questions:
1 Can you view the report onscreen on the PCs where you have the problem?
2 Can you print other reports (non-Powerbuilder) from those PCs to the printer in question?
