Hi I wanted to know about power safe..does it has to do with a monitor or a system. I have a system that I have been repairing. Before I changed the power supply,the pc didn't come on and I received a message saying "entering power safe".After I took the old part out and stary\ted the pc back up, i heard the power supply fans running but the O.S didn't boot up and I got the same message on my screen. Could you enlighten me on this matter and how to get out of it?
