shutdown is the command.
shutdown -r -t 30 will restart the computer in 30 seconds after the command is initiated.
shutdown -r -t 30 -c &quot;The computer has been cleaned, now restarting.&quot; will restart the computer in 30 seconds and display the message in quotes.

You get the idea.
