		<description><![CDATA[I had a similar thing happen to my pc. It was explorer corrupted (not the win explorer or internet explorer.) I was using XP OS.

It is loaded on boot up, but for some reason it was corrupted. (I suspect it was on a damaged sector of my hard drive.)

I solved the problem by booting from a usb stick, and copying explorer back into the system folder.]]></description>
