Portfolio Assessment
Dear All,
I am planning to do a portfolio assessment for our application which is
developed in COBOL/400. Based on this portfolio assessmnet, we are going
to finalize whether to re-architect the application or migrate.
I am planning to submit below mentioned deliverables to architect group as an o/p of portfolio assessment:
1. Application Hand Book
2. Data Flow Diagram
3. High level application flow
4. Program complexity report
5. CRUD report
My question is whether the above list of documents is enough for architects to make a decision of re-architectring or migration?
If it is not enogh could anyone please suggest me the documenst list to be provided?
Please share if anyone has any templates or cheklists.
