I have a Toshiba Portege 110 with no O/S installed. I'd like to set it up with a low/no cost O/S. The issue is that I do NOT have a dock for this puppy, so there is no CD-ROM drive available. There is a PCMCIA floppy drive. I've got a 3Com PCMCIA 10.100 network card, but cannot figure out how to create a DOS (or other O/S) boot disk which includes network drivers. If I could get the thing to boot to a network, I could map out and share my CD-ROM drive on my notebook. Any thoughts or links? I can certainly re-write a config.sys file and/or an autoexec.bat, but don't have a clue as to what commands should be included and/or what switches to use...
