 Port 49157 weakness
1. What ports are open when firewall is on and what ports are open when a firewall is off? Or how can I find out other than using netsat command?   2. What vulernabilities are your system exposed to when Port 49157 and 59787 are open?

1. What firewall? Assuming you mean some software firewall, all ports are open if the firewall is off. And when it’s on, ports are open except the ones that you block. We don’t know what you might open or close.
 
2. The vulnerabilities depend on what you run that listens on those ports. If you don’t run anything that listens on those, then there are no vulnerabilities. But they are both ‘ephemeral’ ports. Any sockets program (or a system function) might use either of them at any time. That’s what they are there for.
