I have a POP3 server that filters EVERY message, both in and outbound into Junk-mail files as Spam. Messages directed to Yahoo and others get marked as junk, as well as messages even from within the organization. What should I do to prevent this?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Hi TeddyBear2890,

First of all, your server is probably SMTP, not POP3 (POP3 has nothing to do with outbound mail).

However, without any information about the type of your SMTP server and the antispam software bound to it, it will be hard to give any advices.

BR,

Petko
