From the information in your question, the only things you can do are (1) contact the vendor of the programming to get a description of what &quot;message ID ... RA62210&quot; means and a procedure to handle it, and (2) get your Exchange administrator to tell you what the problem is and probably to fix it.

I don&#039;t see how anyone else can be much help.
