 POP3 host (server-name) not responding
We just loaded a 3rd party software product to the as/400 that requires us to enable POP3 on our exchange server for 2-way communications. I thought I was successful in doing so as our first attempt for 2-way worked however we continue to recieve the as/400 message 'Error: POP3 host (server-name) not responding'. The message ID is RA62210.

Any ideas what i need to do to resolve this problem?

Thanks for your help.

Answer Wiki:
This does not appear to be a standard i5 message id. It may be coming from the 3rd party software. You should probably contact the vendor.

From the information in your question, the only things you can do are (1) contact the vendor of the programming to get a description of what “message ID … RA62210″ means and a procedure to handle it, and (2) get your Exchange administrator to tell you what the problem is and probably to fix it.

I don’t see how anyone else can be much help.
