 Adobe pop ups
I get a pop up every time something happens every 2 seconds from Adobe asking if I would like to allow changes to the computer

You need to either do the update or click on something that says "Do not ask again" Usually doing the update is the preferred solution and does not take very long.

My preferred solution is to uninstall Adobe (if it’s already installed). If you aren’t using it to generate fairly high quality or complex .PDFs, there’s not much reason to have Adobe installed. Use a different .PDF reader for displaying or printing .PDFs. — Tom
