When downloading from e-mail it says it is in POP folder.

What are you using to "download"? What OS are you running? What e-mail client do you use? What is telling "it is in POP folder"?

I'd assume you want to print e-mail items, so why not simply open the POP folder, select your e-mails and choose 'Print'? -- Tom

This folder/pop (Post Office Protocol)  is a place that kept the messages while ISP (Internet Service Provider) admin can find the account has been filled with spam/ delete all the mail in it. Guessing there is a new folder under ur inbox/ spam/ trash and so on. It is better to ask ur administrator who cares about all of these to solve this issue, as if it is an official. If possible, u can move these mails to inbox also. Of course rights/assign is an important matter.
