This stage application is ready to go for UAT .

At this Stage if Software Tester / Test Engineer want mechanism to Determine Application will  working Fine in UAT

You should include your test cases. These are uses set to prove that your program works.
A good tester will try to prove he can break it.
So include information for regression testing.
And negative testing. (What happens when file is empty, Mater record not found, etc)
