plain text email in exchange
Trying to make email more secure by changing everyones email to plain text instead of rtf or html. I know where you can do this in outlook but would like to do everyone at the same time in exchange, but cannot find where you do this?

Good Morning,
You did not specify what version of Exchange your running, so since my 5.5 memory is a bit foggy this morning, I'll tell you where to look using Exchange 2003...... Open Exchange System Manager, Expand Global Settings -> Internet Message Format -> Check the MIME radio button and then check "Provide Message as Plain Text" radio button and save.
In 5.5 take a look at the Internet Messaging properties, should be somwhere not to far.
