		<description><![CDATA[I have seen this happen if I modify/add/delete columns after building the pivot table. You should re-run the pivot table wizard to get those columns added back into the available variables listing.]]></description>

1.  Upon selecting you did not choose all of the rows where the data was held (looking at the values that are available could help you on this one)

2.  You have them placed in the wrong areas on the PivotTable Field list.
