Runtime Errors
I have created a Pivot Table with 5 different columns in the Page area.  Not all of the values in the raw data are appearing in the dropdowns.  I need to see all of the dropdowns for each of the 5 different columns.  Why is this only showing a partial dataset?

Software/Hardware used:
Microsoft Excel 2003

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I am gettting a runtime error and I think it has to do with the fact that I have made extensive changes to the file and only saved upon completion of the changes. Thanks for your help.

There are some reasons this could be happening. 1. Upon selecting you did not choose all of the rows where the data was held (looking at the values that are available could help you on this one) 2. You have them placed in the wrong areas on the PivotTable Field list. I could misunderstand your problem, please respond back so that we can help. Good luck.

I have seen this happen if I modify/add/delete columns after building the pivot table. You should re-run the pivot table wizard to get those columns added back into the available variables listing.
