Over Christmas inadvertently ordered product over fraudulent site. Bank credited $. Received either used/stolen or knocked off merchandise. Now receiving threatening emails regarding payment. Chinese address. Is my computer at risk as they have email address. Bank card replaced already. Tx

I would make sure your computer is as clean as possible after this. Scan with your AntiVirus, clear cache & cookies, block the email address you are receiving the threatening emails from. Good luck!

We don’t know what security products you have on your PC (nor what you had when you originally connected to that “fraudulent site”). So we have no way to know how much at risk your PC is. There’s almost no risk from your e-mail address being known. An e-mail address wouldn’t be worth much at all if it wasn’t known to others. — Tom
