To take the question one step further, what if the company does not remember to deactivate the policies? I own my blackberry bold and was using it for work. When I left my job two weeks ago the company deactivated my email account, but now I'm unable to remove my bberry from the enterprise server and am having significant issues with the bberry. Any suggestions? I tried removing the IT policy per other forums' instructions, however, it doesn't seem to have done the trick. I was able to temporarily restore some of the programs that were being deleted by the bberry, but when I go to the setup wizard to add back my personal email accounts, it only gives me the option to access the blackberry enterprise server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!
