 Performance log clear and view
I am running a perfmon on our disk space on a Server 2003 box. It was set to alert us at 10 gb free space. It is still sending me an smtp alert even though it has over 78 gb free. We had an out of control SQL transcation log we had to get under control, but that has since been fixed. How can I clear the logs so it won't continue to read the old data? It is set to run a sample every 12 hours, stop the scan, then start a new scan. Where is the log file held our how to I reset the counter(s)?
