Performance issues with ESS Salary Statement and default pritners setup
We are having performance issues with the ESS Salary Statement displayed in our portal when there is a default printer assigned other than LOCL in the back-end ERP user master data. When the assigned printer is LOCL or if there is no printer assigned, it takes about three to four seconds, but if another printer is assigned, it takes about 20 seconds to render the Salary Statement PDF in the portal.

SAP NetWeaver Portal SP15
Self Services: SAP ESS 600 SP 13 and SAP PCUI_GP 600 SP 13
Portal Content: BP ERP05 ESS 1.0 SP 13, BP ERP Common Parts 1.2 SP0
Is there a way to fix this problem?
