Whenever I click on a PDF link in Google Chrome, it's automatically opening inside of the browser. I want it downloaded instead and opened with Adobe. How can I do that?

Is there any add-on installed on Chrome like PDF viewer or something like that. Simply disable it. Or open chrome, click settings, advanced settings, where you find content settings, now click PDF documents & de-select the option open PDF files in the default PDF viewer.

I Open Chrome, type “about:plugins” in the address bar and hit enter. Step 2: This will open Chrome's plugin configuration page. From the “Chrome PDF viewer,” click on “Disable.”

If it's only to view it, why change the viewer? You could also save the PDF to your PC and open it once you close the browser.

If you did not get it or could not understand properly, leave to open PDF(s) on default PDF viewer, and there is a download option Or symbol that can help you to save the file later.
