Maybe you could look at using SecureZip - it&#039;s probably a cheaper option than the upgrade.  You could ZIP your PDF files with encryption before you mail them, you could also password protect them if you want.

I believe that the SecureZip files are compatible with winzip, so your receiving parties should be able to uncompress them on a PC.
