In my organization, i have MS Outlook 2003 as a publish apps and Adobe Reader 6.0 is installed in the server localy, Adobe is not a publish apps.
The problem is, when user logs on to Citrix and use MS Outlook 2003 publish apps, the email's PDF attachment doesnt open. Once the user clicks it doesnt do anything. It happens only with few users including me.
What i did was, i have deleted Citrix profile from the server. Asked the user to log back in again. Then when the user logs on and click on any kind of PDF file, first it shows PDF is opening, it stays about 1 sec, then everything is disappears.
Then i have checked on the Citrix Servers, under the processes of the user log on, there is no AcroRD32.exe is running.
I have checked with another user, the user also accessing same apps on same server. But that user AcroRd32.exe is running under the user processes.
I dont know what to do, deleting Citrix profile doesnt help. Is there any solution, if you can help that would be really appreciated. Thank you
