PCs keep randomly disconnecting from Internet.
When one PC disconnects, the others remain connected.
I investigated when a PC's Internet stopped working.
NIC's LAN status showed all was well.
I tried IPCONFIG /ALL, it appeared OK with IP Address, Default Gateway etc.
I tried logging into router but could not reach it, so it's clearly not the Internet but the connection between PC and router.
I disabled and re-enabled the NIC.
Now I was able to log into router, and Internet resumed working OK.
Any suggestions?

Hi Bill,
What is the connection between the PC and the router? Is it wireless or wired?
If wired, is there a switch between the router and the PC? Many times, there can be a duplex mismatch between the PC and the switch, causing periodic renegotiation of the speed & duplex.
Just another idea, is the router rebooting? loosing power? crashing?
I am sure we can figure it out with a little bit more information.
Thanks for the question!

Thanks for replying, David.
The problem was resolved when I replaced the SafeCom router with a BT 2Wired Business Hub.
I’ll take your comments on board for future reference.
