 Password Recovery
Hello All, We currently run Lotus Notes with the data folder and .id files stored on a network drive which is only accessable by single client and administrators. This causes a problem when the client forgets their password. An administrator has to go in Delete the .id file and replace it with the original copy stored on a different drive. One of our helpdesk personel posed this question and I do not know the answer. "Isn't there a db or tool we can use to clear the pwd digest, or even reset the notes pwds for these users without having to bother you'll? I am new at this and am not evan sure how to use the password digest. HELP Is there an easier/better way to reset passwords other than having to replace it. Thanks Loon
