What is the credentila you were using while migrating the accounts to the other forest/domain?? You will have to provide the credentials that has admin access for creating the user object in the destination domain, ie. use the domain account of the destination forest.
What is the Hardening part you are trying.. in registry or policies in the server? If it is in policies, you can do that in one server and export the setting as .inf file template file and you can apply to rest of the servers
