any one knows a device called ” SENSAPHONE ” ??
This website has a Toll free number to call – I would give that a try if your emails aren’t getting replies. I would also make sure that they know your emails didn’t make it…..you might have been going into their Junk Mail by accident.

You can also try this: Look for the extend.dat file in the location: Documents and Settings<USERID>Local SettingsApplicationDataMicrosoftOutlook If it is there rename it to extend.bak after closing Outlook. Restart Outlook and the file should be rebuilt with the error message gone. Good Luck.
