IMPORT DATA MS ACCESS FROM PDF (VBA)
Convert the PDF to Excel or a text file, and import from there using the wizard.  There isn’t a good way to get directly from a PDF to data without.

For compression of data no need to drop INDEX. You can directly compress the cube. But make sure before loading or deleting the data from Cube you need to drop the index and after completion of loading or deletion you need to re built the INDEX     Hope this will help you
