System admin password retrieval

Adding contacts not showing up on the list in Outlook 2010
No, there is no limit to the amount of contacts that you can have in Outlook.  Try this, after you type in the address in the To line, right click it.  A menu pops up, click the Add to Outlook Contacts and see if that works. Hope this helps.

How to enable out of office for a user who is absent from work?
Have the system admin log in, if it is not CAC enabled, and set the Out of Office Assistant up and then log out.  Done deal.

Can not backup hyper-v with exchange 2010.
Could you upgrade the Backup Exec software to BE 2010 R3 and then try to backup the Exchange 2010 enviornment.
