For different OS’es, there are different procedures, and since you did not give what version of Windows your daughter is on, I am going to guess 7 and give you this link: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/turn-on-remote-desktop-in-windows-vista/ I know, it says Vista, but, go to the site and it also shows 7. If they have access to the other account and you link them together, then there is a very good possibility that they can see it, unless you leave the password option alone, where you have to enter the password each time you access the account.

It might be that it is turned off in your Outlook. Check the settings for mail and see if HTML is allowed in the body of your email, if not, then you need to turn it on and it should work.
