For different OS’es, there are different procedures, and since you did not give what version of Windows your daughter is on, I am going to guess 7 and give you this link: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/turn-on-remote-desktop-in-windows-vista/ I know, it says Vista, but, go to the site and it also shows 7. It might be that it is turned off in your Outlook. Check the settings for mail and see if HTML is allowed in the body of your email, if not, then you need to turn it on and it should work.
