I have thought about putting the quotas on but we have not made that decision yet. Many time we have clients that send us drawings or specs for large jobs and we don’t want to put the limit on them for the emails that they send to us.

You should ask a board that specalizes in Autocad.

Is this for some home grown software ot for a purchased product?
I will assume it is for a product, so you need to identify the product for us.
THe best solution is to go to the website for the vendor of the product and go to their FAQ section.

I would recomment you look at the manual for the specific software you are using and ask the vendor it the documentation does not address this for you. You should go to their website

Not sure that it can be possible cause the mail router will always check that.
But you can try to change the “From” or “INetFrom” fields within your code.
I presume you work with Java ?

May i suggest that you look in the Admnistrator client help file to find the way to limit the size of your email, rather than trying to delete it everywhere when it’s too late !
You should also see the “Recall” functionnality – may be interesting

We found the reason why it was not possible to start admin.
Whenrestoring libraries and IFS, we unfortunately restored files concerning the IBM software.

We have 5 admin users, So We need to get an email when system will reach threshold or system jobtable nearing capacity.

For that how to monitor the messages, and when it reaches the error point How to send mails to a group.
