right click on my computer, advanced system settings -> computer name -> change -> enter the computer name (modify only if you want to change it) and enter the domain name. But you need the domain admin password to complete the operation.

Make network file read only for everyone
If you are using ADUC, you can just create the folder and then add a group to the folder that has only Read permission to it. You will then place all of the personnel you want in this folder and this should take care of your problem.

The extension of the file should be.prn. So, knowing this, try doing a search of the extension*.prn on your hard drive and see where it is defaulted to. You may be able to change the defaulted path to a folder that you can create so that you know exactly where they are.
