Go to the factory website and download the file for the type of printer that you have. When it ask for the files, point it to the location of where you downloaded the files and that should fix your problem. Warning: You MUST download the All-in-one files, if not, you will get the same response.

CRM market space is fully crowded. Big guns like Siebel, Salesforce, SAP CRM etc costs you huge. You should try salesforce.com on cloud. Since it is subscription based, you might be able to save some money. But customizations I am not sure, how much is supported.

You can do this via folder level permissions. Right click on desired folders, and select Security tab in properties. You can customize the required permissions here. Remember one thing: Negative permissions i.e. denied permissions take precedence over granted permissions.
