I'm currently running a dual boot system with Windows XP and Ubuntu. But I'm having an issue with the clock time on both. When Ubuntu loads up, it's behind by four or five hours. I correct it but then Windows XP is four or five hours ahead. What should I do here?

I have an AS/400 server that can't boot up and I get stuck on selecting IPL. If I select BN which should be the default or AN, I don't have menu 3 to start the IPL. I can start the machine with DM but it does not really helps me. Any idea on what to do next will be great. Thanks for any reply!
