When I copy text from an e-mail so that I could “Select All” and delete lines on the left-hand side or any print or ads at the bottom, and then paste, it pastes a previous ‘copy’ and not the current one. What is happening?

After Outlook 2010 upgrade, it crashes with the error code 0xC0000005
My company remotely upgraded my laptop with Office 2010 from 2007 and all programs except Outlook seem to be functioning properly.
