In SQL 2008 yes you can have bi-directional transactional replication. You have to set it up manually using the stored procedures as you need to set the @loopback_detection parameter when running sp_addsubscritpion. Depending on your requirements peer to peer replication might be a better choice.

You can configure the workflow to gather data during the workflow process (just like a comment) and then change an exposed column in the list based on the value. You can handle this either in SharePoint Designer or through a Visual Studio-created workflow.

It all depends on the motherboard. Here is a suggestion: find out what type of motherboard you have and you can either Google it or call a tech shop and ask them if the motherboard is capable of the upgrade. Making the call would be your safer bet.

JSD extension
Go to a site called filext.com and type in the extension. It will give you a description of the file and what programs to use to open it. Hopefully, you will have one of these programs and it is useable on an iMac.

iTunes won’t install
The .msi file is the install part of the program. You can Google it by just putting in “iTunes .msi file” It will take you to a site that you can download the program with the said file and then you should be able to install it.

dBase with Pervasive?
Hello zowdude, I would imagine the issue is with the driver that is being used. The Microsoft ODBC driver is level 5.0 dbf files. Most likely the dbf’s are level 7 drivers. To access those dbf files you will need a copy of dBase. Hope this helps, Mike
