    In a SQL Server database, is there a way to check if a column exists in a table? This is what I came up with but it keeps returning false: IF EXISTS(SELECT * FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS WHERE TABLE_NAME = 'myTableName' AND COLUMN_NAME = 'myColumnName') Thanks!
