Outlook uses the Operating System clock. Set your computer clock to 24 Hour clock by doing the following: Open Region and Language by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Region and Language.

I see many organizations that do not. From an IT and security perspective this could be a bad idea. There’s a lot of positives that can come from social media in terms of marketing and competitive advantage, but also a lot of negatives in terms of information risk.

SQL is much faster and has more options that Querry/400. Consider switching over to that. In eiter case, Tom is correct, use SubString to look at positions 11 to 15 of the field and compare that to blank.
