iSeries Call to QSYGETPH returns with CPF22E9 – worked ok in OS V5 but now doesnt in OS V6!

Normally, when one releases the curser on a page, the page stays exactly where it was when the curer is released. When I scroll down in the Reports or Query menu, then release the curser, the title of the Report or Query jumps around. Is there a solution???
