Having problems getting into this device to reset the management. The Manage button (7 second push per manual) does not work. Once in, I want to reset the configuration as some ports are disabled. This device was given to the location without support. Any ideas?

I ran into an issue with entries from limits.conf being affected when users default shell switched from csh to ksh. Once the switch was made the user lost the nofile and nproc settings.
